Good quality and well packaged
I bought this an an anniversary present for my wife, she is very pleased with it.It arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged.They done a great job resizing photo & positioning text. All I had to do was choose photo and input text, they did the rest.An L.E.D lightbase that i bought separately enhances this product beautifully.Will buy from this company again.

The product is well made and is as expected, shipped in 2 days and delivered in 24 hours.The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is :1) The led base could’ve been better quality.2) I’ve also purchased the optional gift bag, and honestly for what you get I would suggest the company just not offer anything.Otherwise I’m satisfied overall.

When I received the heart shaped crystal with a picture of me and my boyfriend sketched inside, it brought tears to me eyes. It is done so beautifully, and the packaging it arrived in was a beautiful silk lined heavy duty box. I was so impressed with this extremely thoughtful gift, that I immediately ordered one for my best friend of her and her sweet dog. When i showed another friend the one that I received, he ordered one to give to his girlfriend for their 6th month anniversary. it is THAT beautiful!!! There are many companies who make this item, however most simple look like a colored photo inside the crystal I like this company because its simply etched inside of the crystal and its colorless. It looks very classy and so elegant. It really is a piece of art! Enjoy...
