SproPower Swivel-Pack of 10

Well, I thought I had already written a review on these but it must have slipped through the crack! I purchased these about a year and a half ago to use for Sturgeon and Cat Fishing. They are really high quality and ultra strong! As long as you use the right kind of line for what your fishing for and know how to tie good knots, these will last a really long time! They are super tiny compared to what their breaking strength is, which is nice as well. Using for a double fluke rig, great swivels!

Works at as advertised. Bought the 50lbs version for fishing the Whopper Plopper 75. My kids throw it on a spinning reel and works great to keep down the line twists.

Here is another Spro product that gets my five (5) star award. This company gets it right! No cheap stuff where it counts. As an example, for saltwater surf fising or boat fishing, if you were having problems with line to line ties at the end of your rigs, like brade to mono or for fastening for example a leader to the end of your line, just use one of these swivels - it's much easier to tie on and will hold up better. Also, it will slide through the eyelets in case you reel in too much.

I am a pretty avid fisherman and I purchased this product so that I could create a few specific rigs for when I go saltwater fishing. This little swivel is way stronger than I expected. It never bent or broke when I was fighting a fish and it still has held up very well after catching multiple 20lb+ fish. I have no complaints and this product does what it is supposed to do.

After sitting in on a Lefty Kreh workshop, I decided to take his advice and make twisted leaders for my fly line. This was his recommended swivel. They work great. I never had any issues with them weighing down dry flies either. I put one on my son's fly rod, and he landed a 23" bull trout with 3X tippet tied to it. Never had any loss of flies or line due to the swivel for the 10 day trip we took fishing Montana and southern Canada. Seems to me that one pack will last me a very long time now.

Used spro before, and like them.However, these are not the size I know I ordered, and I will never use them. Money wasted.

For the money there is no better swivel in my book. If I could only use Spro swivels the rest of my life - i'd be happy. Strong and small - low profile - consistently great product! Ive been using them for many years. I've used all sizes, from #40 to over #300. All have worked flawlessly.
