I like it alright. I got it to help heal a helix (ear cartilage) piercing, and it definitely does help with that.I got it for $15, but it feels more like a $9.99 at the grocery store kind of item. One side is more plush while the other is smooth. The annoying thing is that if my cat even ONCE gets a nail caught, i feel like all the little beads inside will spill out. It's fine so far, but my cat does sometimes claw on my regular pillow a little (which is why i use cheap pillow cases) so it'll probably happen before too long.i'm not too picky about pillows in terms of softness - if i can fall asleep on it, it's fine for comfort. it doesn't feel like a rock, but it IS a pillow with a hole in the middle so it won't feel exactly the same as a regular pillow. i slept on it last night and my ear piercing has absolutely no irritation, so in terms of what i wanted, i got it. it's comfortable enough for what it is. It CAN sometimes get a little flat to where my ear is touching the bed (just BARELY), but I have so far been able to move it around and fix it. Not sure if this will be a problem in the future, if the beads get flat or something, but it seems okay so far and i've used nightly it for several months.it does what i want, but it doesn't feel like it's worth the $20 it now costs (at the time of writing). I feel like memory foam would've been a better option for me, because if my cat scratches memory foam it won't spill out and be useless.... but I couldn't find a donut pillow made of memory foam at the time of purchase (or at least one that was a similar price?). That's my fault, because I ordered something that may not have been the best match for me, so I'm leaving this at 4 stars - overall, it's good.it hasn't fallen apart yet but that's probably because i hide it from my cat unless im currently sleeping on it, so she hasn't had the opportunity loli would buy it again if the price came down to the $12 range, if it rips from my cat clawing at it or if i need a spare, but i would probably look harder for an alternative first.

I love that this pillow is very soft and squishy, but at the same time it is also very supportive and eases my neck pain when trying to read or use my smart phone in bed. It is the perfect size!

This thing is the only way I can get a comfortable nights sleep after getting a double helix piercing. So worth it!!

My dog had surgery and those cones the vets give you are so uncomfortable. He actually lays his chin on the pillow when he goes to sleep. This is a different way to use the pillow.

I bought this pillow as I had just got my daith pierced and needed something that would keep me from sleeping on it. This pillow has been a lifesaver as I am a side sleeper. It does it's function very well as a travel pillow in addition to my intended use. I personally like that it does not go all the way around the neck like traditional travel pillows. I always found those rather constricting. My only downside to this product is that it is very hard until you sleep on it for a while. While this is good for longevity sake, I found it very hard to sleep on the first couple nights. I guess after you continue to put weight on it it "breaks" some of the foam beads down? After a week or two it was softer and now I have no trouble sleeping on it. I also wish that this product was machine washable. That is not a deal breaker to me, but it would be helpful after you continue to sleep on the same pillow.

This product supports my back very well when sitting in a chair.

I had one for quite a few years and loved it but lost it on our trip so I had to re-order had friends that had some with them different ones and they had me order them one of mine because they liked it much better because it’s easy to fold over put behind your neck behind your back wherever you want to use it it’s great

This pillow has been the best out of three that I bought to help with a painful ear infection. I'm a side-sleeper, and this pillow takes the pressure off my ear and improves airflow. The hole is bigger than other ear pillows, and this was nice since a large area around my ear was swollen. Thanks for creating a product that reduces pain and helps me sleep. The only drawback is that it smells like petroleum. It would be nice if you offered a natural stuffing option, like buckwheat or flax seeds.

Arrived earlier than expected. Tried it immediately, I'm disabled and a wheelchair user and often need support in various areas. However I found it too small, too hard and I doubt if I will find it comfortable to use anywhere. ☹

Ich habe gerade die Lieferung erhalten und musste feststellen das es nicht das Original Total Pillow ist sondern eine Kopie.persönlich finde ich es nicht Unordnung mit etwas Werbung zu machen was der Wahrheit nicht entspricht. Der Preis ist für mich ok. Ich werde es jetzt testen und werde die Rezesion dann vervollständigen. Daher erstmal nur ein Stern.

It arrived on time but was in a ripped, beat up box and the color was different that the picture advertised. (a turquoise color instead of the cobalt blue like the original ones I purchased several years back for my husband and myself).

We use these pillows to keep our disabled senior mom comfy. She is little and these make the difference in the car or wheelchair - great product.
