It works with my cable box!! Woohoo. Easy setup, simple to use, picture quality is great.
I've purchased HDMI hubs in the past, but this is my first HDMI splitter. This one comes with a power adapter and the splitter. No HDMI cables are included (but I didn't expect one either). I bought this splitter so I could split the input from my cable box and feed it to other rooms in my house. I was worried that the cable box standard might prevent me from being able to do so, but it splits the signal just fine and the quality is as good as the original source! I was so relieved when it worked on the first try. The box itself is compact. The adapter is built into the plug that goes into your wall outlet or power strip. I wish it had been a regular plug so it doesn't take up as much space on my surge protector, but that's a very minor gripe considering the price. Overall, this is a great value for anyone looking to do something similar to this setup. I'm not sure what other uses it might have, but if you're looking to split a signal to multiple outputs then it should work fine. I've only had it for a few days, but I will update my review if there are any future issues.

Works very well
I am using this to push a signal to 3 TV's from the living room Panasonic home theater system. Three cable lengths 15ft into Samsung TV, 25ft into Sony home theater system and 35ft into Viso TV. The picture quality is good on all TV's and the surround sound works in the second home theater system. Con: when using streaming apps, if one TV is turned off, or switches from the shared input the streaming app pauses as it thinks the main TV is off. I am sure there is a fix for this - and its not a fail on the Movcle's part. Overall this works perfectly if you want to have the same picture/sound on multiple TV's. We tried 3 cable boxes and also tried NBC Streaming App but always found the TV's would not be in time with each other, sometimes up to 7 seconds apart. Which for a big game ruins the atmosphere! The Movcle Splitter has made it so all TV's have identical picture and sound with no visible loss of quality in the picture or sound.

Works like a charm
I purchased this item to split a single HDMI output from my new Dell laptop to a second monitor and a projector. Works like a charm. A couple of things though: 1. I bought this model as it was one of the first to pop up in a search for "HDMI Splitter". And though it works perfectly, it looks like J-Tech is one of many companies selling this product with their name on it. Others may be a few dollars cheaper. 2. The product pictured is actually 2 units one on top of the other so you can see both the front and back simultaneously. No biggie. Just an FYI. I love that this thing is so small. Where I set up for presentation, real estate is at a premium and I was not looking foreword to having to add yet another piece of gear to my arsenal of plugs and cords. 3. The AC adapter cord is pretty short. It could be longer. (about 3 ft.) Still do not regret my purchase even with all the negs I can say about it. I give the product 5 stars for functionality.

small review with large request for assistance with a signal splitting issue
This splitter is working fine. It does blank out the screen for approximately 3-4 seconds on the other tv's whenever you turn a tv on or off but I was aware of this from other reviewers before I purchased it. It does a great job of sending a clear signal through a 50ft cable to my kitchen tv but I am having issues with two 75ft runs (using a 25ft connected to a 50ft, see below for the exact details and issues I am having) Any constructive help and advice on the following will be greatly appreciated I am attempting to connect all 4 tv's in my house to my main entertainment center to display identical screens on all (I go from room to room and don't want to miss any of what I am watching - BTW I am only person in house - I also only need to get 1080 or even 720 resolution as I have no 4k or 3d tv's in the house) I have a DirecTV HR24, Amazon Firestick, and a Bluray player connected to this in my living room: B074V5SCDP Dinger HDMI Switch, 4K HDMI Switch with Remote Control and AC Power Adapter, 4 Port HDMI Switches Supports 4K, 1080P, 3D which then connects to this with a 4ft cable (premium quality - exact specs unknown) B0180PPTNO HDC-104 HDMI Splitter 1 in 4 out Movcle Full HD 1080P 1X4 Port Box Hub with US Adapter v1.4 Powered Certified for 3D Support with one B06Y2G54JC 2ACHB50 Twisted Veins 50ft cable connected to kitchen tv (no separate amplifier, but the switch and splitter are both powered) Oh, and no video signal goes through a separate surround system. I just use the digital audio out on my tv to go to my old school Kenwood 5.1 receiver in living room. Now at this point the living room and kitchen tv's work great. Where I am having issues is the longer run to office and bedroom: I have one 25ft cable going from splitter to the coween hdmi amplifier to one 50ft cable to the tv for each tv in office and bedroom. (2 sets of 25ft cable, amplifier, 50ft cable) Now with the amplifiers installed I get no signal at all and yes I have tried reversing the amplifiers in case the input and output are labeled wrong and have also swapped the cables and amplifiers around with no different results. Now with the amplifiers removed and replaced with the female to female couplers I can get 3 seconds of picture and 3 seconds of black screen alternating. I also tried removing the switch and splitter and just connected directly to the sat box and I can get a really poor quality picture (very dim and sparkly with no audio) The only time the amplifiers will pass a signal is with a 4ft cable in and a 6ft cable out so at this point the amplifiers will be returned. Lots of "SNOW" on picture
The unit arrived without an instruction sheet. It was very easy to figure out how to set it up because all the ports were labeled. I attached it to a power supply capable of delivering 3 amps if needed. When everything was set up, the picture on my 4K TV had so much "SNOW" (small white and green dots) it was unviewable. I needed the unit for a particular project and purchased a more expensive unit locally. This unit could have been a manufacturer defect.

Sometimes cheaper is actually better!
I bought a 8 port one for 8 times the price. Malfunctioned 13 months later, 1 month after warrenty period! This one only had for a few days, already satisfied with its performance. Fails after six months, I'll probably buy again.

Really good as a backup in case you need to split and amplify a signal.

Hasta la fecha, está funcionando sin problemas. Una de las salidas de video, la del proyector, está a unos 7 m y funciona correctamente.

I had high hopes for this cheap HDMI splitter, but it quickly dashed them. It seemed to work right out of the box, but the power connection was faulty. The second unit was even worse—I couldn't get the HDMI input to be recognized by the source, possibly due to an EDID issue in the switcher. It might have been a good deal if it actually worked, but it turned out to be more hassle than it's worth. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a more reliable option.

A fonctionné une à deux jours , mauvais contacts intérieurs , probablement mauvaises soudures de contacts , si on joue avec les prises on arrive à faire fonctionner…. Mais pas pour longtemps … mauvaises qualités de fabrication , déçu !!
