I would highly recommend having a teaspoon coated with Peppermint extract or any other extract flavor of your choosing. The recommended dosage is 28-56 drops. I am using 30 drops which is approx 1/8 teaspoon. I wish this product included a labeled dropper rather than the plain dropper that requires counting each drop. I add a couple swallows of water and quickly lick the spoon. I don't think a person could ever get used to taking this stuff. But maybe the old adage is right in that nasty tasting medicine works the best. I've only been taking this for a few days and the movment in my shoulders seems to be better. For that I am grateful.

I don't know how to tell if my Tendons are getting better, but I took this because of Amazon's recommendation with Witch Hazel Tincture. Or maybe it was the Users Also Buy thing. Anyway, since the Witch Hazel Tincture worked so sell, I'm giving this also Five Stars, since it must be working too.

Nature's Answer Yucca Root, 1-Ounce, contains alcohol, but I like it, its a liquid easy to mix with any juice in a shot glass, so I do that, swallow fast and clean the taste with a clean juice, no problem at all...

This item is not 100% Yucca Root like I was looking for.

This is an extract and not a tincture. A tincture is a more watered-down version of the extract. If you prefer something milder, or if you have side effects, go for the tincture instead. This alcohol based extract is potent and works quickly. The suspension needs to be alcohol based in order to preserve it. It's been a nice replacement for ibuprofen for my fibromyalgia flares. And for me anyway, there's no side effects. No upset stomach. Just relief. And it doesn't need to be tasty either. Matter of fact, it would be kinda weird if it were. I'll keep buying this product!
