Valve Index VR Headset

my index arrived 6 days early from the u.s. and is very easy to setup literally your done in 10 mins!!! and the whole set is absolutly brilliant!! it fits to any sized head as its adjustable and you will need to charge to controllers when it arrives as there was no charge but they charge quickly the picture quality is superb and has'nt given me a problem with motion sickness once your ready to play you will find it hard to stay seated when playing as you just want to explore!! all in all i highly endorse this valve index for anyone curious about vr 11 out of 10!!!

Product was scratched & many bits of hair & dust inside & throughout the box. Several things were completely missing 1. All English compatible plugs 2. The English power adapter for the headset 3. Faceplate The cover plates for the headphones were loose and held on only by tape. It was unusable without the missing parts. I am very upset about this deception, it was advertised as new and it was second hand at best. It was very worn out and scuffed up, with a years worth of wear and tear at leased. It was most certainly not brand new. It was worth no where near the price they were charging which was double the original manufacturers price. When it was in such a bad condition it should have been half the original price not double. This such an appalling practice and should not be allowed. Companies like this think that they are untouchable and can just rip everyone off all they like and no one will ever notice or say anything. This is such a disgusting way to treat customers. Please everyone go straight to Valve to buy these brand new. I beg you save yourselves the hassle and stress of getting a substandard product at such a ridiculous price mark up.
