They work fine, the lights are plastic, but this also doesn't cost 300 bucks. I plan on replacing the side lamps with metal ones if the go bad. Otherwise, good product.

This item did not fit on my v-star 1100. Brackets just don't line up not even close. You get what you pay for the item is cheaply made. In my own fault, I couldn't return the item because I tried to customize to help it fit. Just no way.

The passing light socket assembly and wiring was cheaply made and fell apart due to the vibration of my bike. By crimping the power wire and soddering on the ground and gluing the socket in place I was able to save it. But it doesn't stand up to vibration very well as stock design.

Contrary to the description these light do not fit a 2006 V-Star 1100 Classic. The mounting holes are not in the correct location. It is not a simple need to drill new holes. The original blinkers bar mounted to the front of the bike. If I tried to mount these lights at the same spot they would be pointing straight up to the sky. It need to have a 90 degree mounting bracket, something like 7, instead it has a straight mounting bracket ___ . I had to mount it using the Headlight mounting points. The Headlight mounting holes are only about 2 inches center There is no metal where the mounting holes are I had to fabricate a metal piece to run between the mounting holes and then drill holes into that piece to mount them to the bike.

Product came in tore up box (product was actually sticking out of box in certain spots) so my first impression of it was a little scared. Instructions would have been a plus but it’s almost common sense putting it all together, the part does not mount up to a vstar 1100 -atleast not mine. I drilled out 2 holes creating a new mount for it. Other than that I was happy with the product itself, it looks good and so far it’s steardy. I like the product for the price but if you do not have a drill gun or a way to create new holes I’d be careful. Overall I’m satisfied.

First, the item showed up in the box without any packaging around the lights, it looks like they were just thrown into a box and shipped. Luckily non of the lights were broken (very surprise), these lights are cheaply built with cheap plastic, you'll be lucky if they last you a day. The item is garbage!!!Product was returned, I didn't even want to install them because I know I'd have to buy new ones within the week.
