I was devastated when I cracked my glass 8 X 8 baking pan; how was I gonna make brownies and banana bread and bread pudding now? Then I saw this gem and ordered it. It was a little pricey and it wasn't glass but I took a chance and ordered it. So glad I did! It is beautiful. Everything cooks so delightfully in it. I've made my best banana/mango bread & brownies using it. One tip: use parchment paper, it makes clean-up a breeze and you can take whatever you make out to cut it (so you dont get cut lines in your pan) then put it back into the gorgeous dish and show off, I mean, serve, it to your guests.

I really do like it, the only thing I didn't like it came from China. I try not to buy anything that is from there. However saying that it really is a good dish.

I've baked a couple dishes and desserts with it already and it holds and cleans super easy! Love the blue color as well. Definitely recommend!
