which ventilation system would you suggest?

Mostly this depends on what kind of lighting you're using ie. if you're using 600w hps or bigger you're going to want an enclosed hood with 6" ports, a nice 6" inline exhaust fan I can follow up with examples if you need, but you would also want to exhaust that heat directly out of tent preferably out of the building as it will heat an insulated 1 car garage comfortably in the winter time. Next you'd want an inline duct booster to bring cool air into the tent periodically as well as if and/or when the tent temperatures exceed 78°F-82°F. Using 6 4Ft T5HO bulbs I haven't logged the temperature exceeding 80° in a 70° climate controlled environment no active ventilation. You could likely use LED lights just as effectively but I recommend at least having a duct booster and exchanging the air periodically under both circumstances because even without excessive heat if there isn't enough heat generated to induce a passive flow your plants will have CO2 depleted air which results in slower growth to say the least you'd want to look into yeast fermentation which albeit cheap adds up over time, more simple to bring in fresh air.
