STRAP IS TOO SMALL.
The watch is excellent and is easy to set up. Just set the location’s time zone, leave it near a window overnight and in the morning the correct time will have been programmed into the watch,The watch step is rather too small and is far too tight for my average sized male wrists. This is not something which I have experienced with other watches. I had to ditch the strap for a more comfortable one.

How to set the time.
Bought this for blind friend and can not get the time set. It is suppose to be atomic but does not have the right time. How do you fix it to correct time HELP

Lasted a year
At almost exactly one year, the time began to be "off" by a few minutes. I thought it was the battery, put in a new one and now it does not work at all.

Great watch
This was a second talking watch for my elderly blind dad. This one was so easy to set. Once I selected the time zone it set while still in my hand. No leaving in a window, no extra steps. Highly recommend

Good but not loud enough

Stopped talking after three months. Argh
This talking watch was a favorite, but it stopped talking after just three months. It's now useless for its blind owner. We can't return it, because the "window" for returns has closed. Not a very reliable watch unfortunately, and disappointing customer service options.
