I used it for a HO train power supply for use in USA, Lima European train set 19v
19v is 19v, and within current capacity, this US 120v input voltage with secondary 19v, was used on Lima Italo HO train set sourced from Europe with 220v primary, 19v secondary. A substitute from wall voltage to standard HO 19v track voltage.
