Jolie Sustainable Luxury Candle, amour (rose) 13 Ounce

These are really elegant looking candles, and they definitely have a strong scent. I haven't burned them yet since they're a gift but after receiving them they seem like great candles. I will update my rating if they end up not burning well. Tranquille smells amazing too! I would, from initial impressions, definitely order this again.Edit: My mom burned one of these the other day for a few hours at a party she had. She reported to me that it smelled amazing and is really slow burning. She was impressed with the quality of the candle and will definitely look to get more in the future once these burn out.

I love candles: to give and receive as a gift, have in my home and office. I have tried many brands and fragrances and have to admit - I am rather picky. I prefer delicate aroma to a potent, right in your nose smell of some candles, therefore I was delighted to discover Jolie candles ! Unique combinations of aromatic oils, subtle presence and tasteful design of the packaging make Jolie candles an excellent present for any occasion, including "just because" to yourself. My favorite so far is "Desir" - creates a calm and intimate ambiance without trying too hard. And last , but not least: it is a clean product!

I would NOT purchase this brand again.The candle arrived beautifully packaged; I had such high hopes! The scent was mild to moderate, but very pleasant. It was all downhill after lighting it. After 3 uses, there was only 1 wick left to light--the other two had melted into the candle. It burned unevenly from there, and I threw it out after a couple more half-hearted attempts to get my money out of it.Was hoping to get the dash button to buy these candles and this was my trial run. I would not waste my money again.

Beautiful packaging, beautiful candle... soft, lovely scent, although it could be a bit strong for those sensitive to more pungent aromas like lavender. I like it a lot, even though I still believe it is a bit overpriced after receiving it.

Fast shipping! This candel came in a beautiful box and it smells amazing! I will definitely buy more for gifts and for myself. You don't have to do anything to the box to give as a gift because it's so lovely. A+

The smell is nice! A background smell with a sort of a baby powder scent. Also it’s pretty, so it would make for a nice gift. It comes in a handsome box as well.The issue is the wicks. You have to dig them out of the wax every time you light it. And then they go out a little later so I found myself digging and relighting for those 4 hours. And they break off easily when you’re digging. What a mess.

I usually have candles around my desk while I work from home, and I'm always looking for new scents to try. A friend suggested this one to me and I took the plunge and ordered it. It came in the mail over the weekend and I tried it out for the first time this morning. Very pleased with the scent and slow burn it has. Going to order a few more once this runs out.

It is on the smaller size (6 oz.) and packaged beautifully, so it would be a great addition to any gift basket...or just a nice gift for yourself.Very calming, long burn time (bonus, the scent does not fade), and the simple design makes for a perfect, little coffee-table-topper!
