Awesome clip and easy to install! Perfect fit for my Springfield XD40 Subcompact. You barely notice it's even there and it clips tight and holds well. Haven't shot the gun yet with the clip on but doesn't look like it will affect anything or come loose. It does feel odd when trying to chamber the weapon but I think it's a small adjustment to get over for having the convenience of this minimal clip. Great price for what seems like a great solution. Would definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't want to use bulky holsters. I also have a laser/flashlight combo on the under barrel so this makes it easy not having to find a holster to fit it.

Generally good quality, does what it's supposed to do, beyond easy to install. Overall pleased with it. Having said that, there is a rather massive design oversight I found during a functions check after install: The clip itself rests on the extractor, potentially (or in my case, definitely) preventing the pistol from cycling as it can no longer properly eject spent casings, and may cause issues seating fully into battery. This is very easily fixed by either cutting a groove in the part of the clip that rests against the slide, or by bending the clip so that it rests above or below the extractor. This may not be present on every pistol, but it is for the Springfield XD-S, and I couldn't imagine similar pistols are different enough to escape this. Otherwise solid, well made and a more comfortable appendix carry than virtually any holster, and the block to adjust the carry depth is surprisingly helpful.

Awesome product!! And very easy to install in less than 5 mins. One of my favorite things about this product is that it makes my gun sit very low in my waist so even when I'm wearing a thin tshirt and jeans and my tshirt blows up you can't really see my weapon. Another great thing about this product is not getting the added bulk that you would get from any holster. The clip is pretty snug when clipped on to your pants but it draws very easy with no pulling which I love. If you don't have one of these clips, get one!! I'm sure you'll love it. Attached are photos with the gun on the clip, and the gun with the clip on my waist band, notice you can't see the gun, which is awesome. But if you wanted to sit it higher up you can. [REVIEW UPDATE: ] So I finally went to the shooting range with this product, the product serves it's purpose and is great for what it is, but the back plate that comes with this product wiggles, and there's no way to stop it, as it's slightly not wide enough to seat in tightly without wiggling, so its not as tight as a fit as it needs to be for shooting. With this being said it causes my bullets to nose dive and and jam my gun alot, when I changed the back plate back to the original I had no jams at all with my gun. My gun jammed so bad with this clip on that we had to take a rubber mallet to the gun to clear the Jams. So I will not be using this clip draw at all for that reason. Sad part is I love it so much, but if I was in a situation where I needed to defend myself, I could not be confident with my gun working properly because of the flaw in this product.

Absolutely the best way to carry IWB. Have one on my Hellcat, my Glock, and my Taurus GX4. Worth every penny.

I've always thought about getting a clip for my little Bodyguard 380, and ditching the holster, so I went for it. I ended up seeing some Pro's and Con's after installing it, and ended up taking it back off. Pros: It DOES reduce the amount of imprinting that an OWB or IWB holster creates. It was "fairly" quick and simple to install. It did not "bite", or otherwise interfere with, my grip hand. The clip is definitely sturdy and strong steel. Cons (possibly only unique to ME): The threaded pin didn't simply drop in, but a little pressure got it through. After installation, I discovered that the gun's safety wouldn't work. The instructions advise to "NOT OVERTIGHTEN", so I stopped at "snug, plus a little" because I didn't want it to come loose. The clip was tight and not very flexible, making it hard to slip over the waistband of jeans. I found it difficult to draw once clipped on, because the grip of the gun was well inside my waistband or pocket material (had to really reach in to draw). Because of the non-functioning thumb safety issue, I decided to remove the clip and inspect the inner safety switch spring - in case it had become displaced. The allen screw and allen wrench stripped while trying to unscrew it, and I had to use a small set of pliers to twist the screw free. After checking the safety lever and spring, I decided that I would just go back to original issue (leave the clip off) because I couldn't find another allen wrench that would fit the stripped screw - it was useless at this point. I realized that anytime I need to remove the inner guts for cleaning or repair/upgrade, I would be at risk of damaging the allen screw further. The clip is a GREAT concept, but I just had too many (personal?) issues with it to keep it on the gun. Other purchasers may not have the same problems, so I won't bash the manufacturer/seller. I marked it as 3 stars... but it's closer to 4 stars.
