Most people leaving bad reviews probably didn't piece the instructions together enough from the product listing.First, you have to unscrew the clear plastic, revealing the batteries in the metal base. Next, you have to remove the paper, and re-screw the clear plastic making sure the little metal wire goes through the slot and touches the metal base. If there's no contact there, they will not work.Then they'll flash until you set it down... any movement will make them flash.The do work great, but I don't think the batteries will last long. Also concerned for water getting in and frying these guys, but so far so good, and overall a great value for 12 for $11.

Read the reviews. I should have listened. Poorly made. Some kind of hard, cheap plastic. Poorly packaged upon arrival. Three were crushed — could have been prevented by packaging in a box or tray. They sent the wrong color. And on top of that… the ones that survived did not work. Never saw a single spark of light!Trust the reviews. I was so disgusted that I just threw them away. Not worth the effort of a return for me. Lesson learned and a waste of money.I wish I could give negative stars. One star is way to high!

The media could not be loaded.  Most of these did not work for me. Out of the 12 pack, a few would work, a few wouldn’t work. It was hard to tell which ones were good one minute and upon driving whether they were working or not.They are better than the standard long bullet ones which fall off at the first car wash and stick out like a sore thumb. However, the fact that it was hit and miss on them actually working at any given time, made it not a great purchase for me.An odd thing was that when I opened the garage door one or two would just come on automatically for some reason, then shut off after a few minutes.Overall it was a cheesy effect that never worked on all 4 tires at any given point in time, leaving me with the impression that maybe one would work but the rest didn’t, making it look like it was a dumb idea to begin with.It’d be great if these were made better, but sadly our reliance on cheap Chinese materials and cheap prices make products like this look cheap, feel cheap, and you and your car look cheap.

Cool accessories

Most of them kept flashing randomly some didn’t even work (even with the paper removed. VERY CHEAP. Luckily I returned with no hassle, that’s why I give it 2 stars.

The package was shipped with 24 items in the same zip lock bag. There's 4 colors of 6 lights. I had to remove the battery shipping paper to find all the separate colors. In doing so, when it gets dark I have a zip lock bag lighting up the remaining lights and some, nearly 40 % , don't work at all. Poor quality, poor packaging . First Amazon purchase that totally sucked. Buyer beware

a few didn't work but we had enough extras. The color was exactly what we were expecting. We put them on our golf cart for special events. They are easy to turn off by simply loosening them or taking them off the wheel.

I read previous reviews and was a little disappointed that I just ordered these because some reviews said many didn't work when installed. I installed a few and some didn't light up so I dabbled with them. Two things you need to know to make them work... 1) they are for night time use so they may not light up during the day. 2) when you unscrew the light you need to remove the piece of paper to allow the battery to make contact and you need to be sure the small wire from the light extends out beyond the little opening in the light. You will see what I mean when you unscrew the light. All of them worked for me when it was dark and when I fixed the small wire. The kids love them on their bikes. Good luck!

No me gustó que hay unas piezas que no prenden ya instaladas

This has to be the biggest waste of money I’ve spent on Amazon. Normally the products are quite well-made but in this case it’s pure junk. I ordered a 12 pack of these lights and got 7 1/2. Out of the 7 1/2 perhaps to work correctly. There’s no instructions on how to install them I had to figure that out for myself.Oh this was an utter waste of time.

4 de 10 no funcionaron correctamente.De las que sí funcionan:- 2 no cambian de color, sólo prenden en azul- 2 no se apagan automáticamente, tengo que girar el foco ligeramente para que deje de hacer contacto con la batería y se apague, de otra manera permanecerían prendidas todo el tiempo.- 2 funcionan perfectamente.Son baratas y cumplen su función, lástima que su control de calidad sea tan malo.

A waste of money, 2 lights work out of 8, a refund should be in order
