My daughter uses these daily for practicing her pitching inside.

If you have a pitcher in your house doing repetitive drills, these are a must have to protect yourself, your house, and anything else. We tried using rolled up socks in the bad weather for drills but even those hurt with the speed they are coming. The foam trainers are EXCELLENT!!!!!! right size and easy to use!

My daughter practices her pitching daily, and these are perfect for the times when the weather doesn't permit her to practice out doors. These are perfect as they don't cause damage to my walls and decor and she can get a good practice in. We noticed that her speed increased also. Her pitching coach was very impressed of her progress in just one week of using these foam balls.
