I don't like nonstick pans because they don't last very long before the surface is all "stick," and I never trust the chemicals they might put into your food. But some things are hard to cook on my trusty stainless steel pans without gobs of oil. So I've been looking for semi-trusty nonstick fry pans for years. Most have failed me until I was gifted one of these pans, which cleans up like a dream and almost never requires oil. When I wanted another size of the same pan, I bought 3 different knockoff brands of "copper"-- each lasted for a couple of months before warping and beginning to stick.So I bought this set for my 20yo son's college apartment. He's an inexperienced cook, so I wanted him to have nonstick, and he requested "lids that fit," unlike my menagerie of pans. After 6 months, he says the set still works great. And I was due for an upgrade on several of mine, so I bought another set during a sale. These are even better than the first Gotham pan from years ago. They have heavy bottoms so they sit flat and cook evenly on my glass-top electric stove. The variety of sizes of pots and pans are perfect for my needs, and there's even a deep saucepan. The glass lids fit tightly and are interchangeable from pot to pan, so you don't have to juggle too many lids. And there's no chemical taste or smell like many nonstick pans emit.I haven't had them long, so I can't vouch for the "scratch resistant" aspect. But I did note that the item description says you can use metal utensils, but the paperwork that comes with the set says not to use sharp objects, so I'm afraid to use a metal spoon or spatula.Overall, for the price and versatility alone, these pans are worth owning. But the quality so far surpasses my expectations. If they start giving out in the next few months, I'll update.

good park for this item to ship out. I already used for cooking. it's fine. i love these light weight and no chemical materials made. i am elderly person. can't use heavy items. I hand wash and use the nonstick utensil too. NOT metal utensils. i used GAS stove and MEDIUM heat. i see only little stain at the bottom of the pot after used. but it's ok i bought this 12 pieces set again. dent at two pot but in acceptable range. be careful when washing by hand at the dent because i don't want to get cut. i am satisfied when it lasts up to 2 years. i will change to others new set.

I’ve waited about 4 months to write this review and let me say these pots and pans have NOT disappointed! They seriously wipe clean! They say dishwasher safe but I hand wash mine to protect them longer and make sure they stay new looking. The color is perfection! The bottoms have gotten a few burn spots from food spilling on the sides but I seriously don’t mind and I haven’t attempted to really scrub it off I just use non-toxic dish soap with a palm brush to wash them and I can cook anything with these! Bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, literally anything and nothing sticks! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to switch from teflon to non-toxic ceramic cookware like I did. I’m so happy I made the switch for my family and our health!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new pots and pans set! The quality is top-notch, and the performance has exceeded my expectations. I've been using it daily since I purchased them, and it still looks brand new. They are pretty and despite their light construction I haven't had any warping issues, but the upper edges are not coated, arrived somewhat chipped near the edges, and the finish chips off a little more with each use. If you want something the right color for your kitchen that will last a year, they look nice and work well. I don't expect them to last much longer.

This is my first time using this brand of cookware. I was gifted a small fry pan because I was having major issues with the $2,000 “Lifetime” cookware set I had-couldn’t make eggs, or anything else for that matter, without it turning into a disaster. Not to mention, that cook set was a nightmare to clean. After using the fry pan I was gifted, I was sold. I bought this set and threw my overpriced cookware in the trash.I have very pleased with this new cook set, how the pans heat up and heat evenly, nothing sticks and they’re a breeze to clean.I am only giving it a 4-star review because after using the larger fry pan for the first time, using the recommended heat setting, the pan seemed to warp and no longer sits flat on my electric stove. Other than that, I have been very impressed with this cook set.
