So I've tried a lot of different silicone oils for my paint pours. I've used this oil in the past 3 paint pours I've done, and from what I can tell- this one delivers the most noticable and consistent results. Other brands/oils I've tried are: -Artist's Loft silicone oil (it's not bad, but lacks consistency for me personally in terms of the results I get) -avacado oil (this worked in a pinch, but the cells were not as defined as I would have liked and didn't occur consistently) -hair product oils (ones with both aragon oil and coconut oil) which didn't make many cells at all really -3-IN-ONE multi-purpose oil that I got from the hardware store (I didn't like how this oil took away from the pigment of the colors in my paint, and I feel like it made the end result darker after completely drying vs how it looked when it was wet) -Godora treadmill belt lubricant (silicone oil but for treadmill machines). This one worked okay for a lacing/lightning effect when doing a paint pour swipe, but as for cells, it created too many and made my paint pours look "too busy/too much going on" for my own taste -NicPro acrylic pouring oil. This worked okay, but for a better price with slightly better results- Artist's Loft silicone oil is preferable to it. I think I'll stick with Monte Mart oil after purchasing it here. I like the dispenser/packaging for it (I prefer it to using an eyedropper, like with the Artist's loft oil), and I also like the price for the results that it gives me. The picture I've attached to this review is my latest paint pour where I used the Monte Mart silicone oil. I also always use about 75-80% floetrol and 25-20% paint with a little bit of water added to each paint color as well. I did not need use a heat source/blow torch to get the cells in my paint pour.
