1st review: This was delivered today and the box was totally damaged. It was left open on both ends. Once I unboxed it and laid out all the pieces I discovered that several pieces were missing and the pieces that were there were clearly used and damaged. I didn’t take pictures of all the damage as frankly it would been way too many to take. Scratches and dents EVERYWHERE! The stickers that labeled each piece looked as though someone had tried to remove them at one point. I immediately contacted the seller and will update this once I hear back.UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars as the seller has awesome customer service. They sent me a whole new product and even used my suggestion for shipping to minimize damage should it be rough housed. They told me to keep the first damaged product for parts in the event the new one also has damage.The new one came very quick. I found the instructions lacking as it is basically pictures and that’s all. However putting it together was easy but keep in mind that I have a lot of experience putting these types of structures together. I was able to put most together by myself and required only one other person to finish. For anyone not as experienced as I am with these things I would HIGHLY suggest 4 people. DO NOT use power tools to put this together. Nothing should be more than hand strength tightened or you will damage it. ONLY tighten screws half way on all corners until all corners are assembled. Then go back and tighten them all. If you don’t do this you will struggle getting all the beans and braces to line up with the screw holes. When lifting the assembled top onto the legs DO NOT lift froM anywhere but the center or you will risk bending the top beams. This pet definitely works best with more than 2 people.Because of past experiences with stakes and tie downs with wind I have learned to use the 12” steel stakes with ratchet tie downs. But if you don’t get a lot of wind you should be fine with what comes with it. (It only comes with footing stakes and no tie downs.) in all its a good looking product and if don’t properly should last a long time. The seller has great customer service. Would but again for that reason.

this looked good so we ordered for our swimming pool area .The way the write up described the curtains it sounds like it has a curtain and netting. it is only a curtain. The package came a total mess ,the poles and parts bag were hanging out They told me to send it back. I,m 80 and disabled. I would spend more to do that. I sent pictures to show the damages we saw before assembling. They replied the dents did,t effect the structure. After set up we found bent parts .They did send 1 new leg and 4 hooks that were missing. This is the worst service I have had.

This canopy wasn’t easy to assemble alone. Definitely a two person project. It’s not as sturdy as I’d like it to be. We had a pretty windy storm that blew it around the patio, however, we were able to save it. The tiny stakes that are provided to secure it are useless. It does provide a nice shaded area. Over all, you get what you pay for.

This product is awful. It began to fall apart two weeks after it was assembled. I ordered a new part to fix it and three months later I have not received the part. I recommend you never buy from Mellcom.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the Gazebo unfortunately I was missing 4 very important assembly pieces which hold the top ends of the tent and secure the the poles 😞 I’ve tried contacting the seller and haven’t received a response so I’m not sure how to proceed.... I have a Baby shower for my son coming up and this is an epic fail for the occasion

Had a dent when delivered took a lot of back and forth to get another pole sent

I bought this a month ago. After a little wind, this thing lifted a little bit and then completely got so bent, it hardly works. It was staked down with what was provided.

Provides good shade. Good product for the money. Definitely water resistant. Not sure how it will take the winds. I hope it can withstand couple of years before demising.
