That is a big problem with Amazon reviews and I have asked the same question on other items. I doubt there will be any fix to this problem anytime soon.

Q: Can i use it with impact drill?

Definitely not!!! It is not designed for that type of use. You will never be able to get a reading and it will destroy the unit.

Q: Does the torque adapter require the ratchet or breaker bar to be at a 90° angle?

No you can use a regular rather with it.
