So far I've used them 4 times and I'm definitely liking them! The price is cheap compared to name brand and they are thick. So if you want a thinner feel these probably won't be for you. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the writing on the sleeves is already almost all off after 4 uses. Not that I care about it honestly but it's something some others might not like.

Use to wrap my knees before doing plyometrics and squats this has been a knee and time saverIt will get very sweaty so I ended up buying a second pair to wash and let the other ones dryUpdate after a few months they starting to break down on the size no longer fits as tight as it once did

Haven't done squats or run without feeling it in my knee for quite some time now. This sleeve works great. I squatted 235, which I hadn't done in a while and ran a couple miles without feeling it on my knees at all. Highly recommend to anyone with runners knee!!

Great knee sleeves. No noticeable difference between these and my much more expensive Rehbands. I wish I knew about these sooner. This comes in a pair which makes much more sense than when ordering Rehbands(single sleeve).

Too thick, I expected it to be a lot more stretchy. Ok for heavy lifting, but not good for cardio/boot camp activities.
