They didn't get one single thing right with this!!!
I'll give them an "A" for effort on the concept, at least that's good. They completely dropped the ball after that though and execution was an absolute FAIL!!First of all, I wonder who the hell decided to use a supersized loupe for this?!? (See picture. This loupe on the left, typical one on the right.) A loupe is supposed to fit within an average adult's eye socket so that you can squeeze the muscles, like you're winking, and hold it there by itself. THIS loupe is about a 1/4" bigger in diameter, which makes it absolutely USELESS as a loupe! One edge will rest on the bone above your eye, causing the lower edge of the loupe to push up underneath your eyeball as though it's trying to scoop it up. So you shift it downward a little, but the exact same thing happens in reverse: digging in very uncomfortably above the eyeball this time, like an ice cream scooper making entry into the ice cream tub!I decided to just tolerate the discomfort and just hurry up and get the sliver out of my hand, and that's when I discovered that I couldn't actually aim it completely forward. That pivot arm is to close to the body of the loupe. The fan angle of pivot adjustability is really narrow. The metal band wraps around your head and, due to the fact that our eyes are to either SIDE of our face and not right in the middle, that pivot arm is pointed mostly forward, and NOT straight across your face. It hits the side of the loupe and the result is that the loupe is pointed off to the side and that's it, not a damn thing you can do about it. I had to turn my head to the right and look sideways to the left in order to see my hand right in front of my face so that I could try to dig out a sliver!!!SERIOUSLY!! It's to big, uncomfortable as hell (ice cream scooper goin' for your eyeball!), and turning my head right and looking left in order to see in front of me! If someone had given me this rather than me buying it online, I would have thought they were playing a joke on me and created a gag gift. It's now in the garbage.Oh ya, and the damn light didn't work either.

Not really a tool, more like a toy
The casing is made out of cheap and light plastic. It doesn't feel like a tool, but more like a toy... the head band also feels unstable wrapping around the head.
