Flimsy and painful
Good as a costume/prop, but hurts average adult head. It’s very flimsy, but squeezes your skull tightly.

Pretend play for children
This product is sized for children. The wire band is not flexible and is tight on my 7 yr old, but not uncomfortable. He plays with it as part of his SWAT costume and as a singer.
