It's a well designed product from beginning to end and the design of the hinge fittings allow plenty of flexibility to get the seat properly aligned on the toilet pan. It's an ideal replacement on an Ideal Standard round toilet and a lot cheaper than buying the Ideal Standard replacement. Personally I think it looks better than the seat it's replaced, more hygienic, and easier to clean as it is removable. The fittings are easily tightened so the seat doesn't readily move around when in use. The only disappointment is the seat cover could be stronger as there is a warning not to either suit or stand on it! Despite this an All-round a good buy!
