Recommend using this with an arbor press
I use an arbor press to set the stamp. For some reason (maybe because of the detail in the flag) this one seems to require more pressure than the others I've gotten of craftool 3D stamps in order to make a clear impression. The first few times I tried, I got partial impressions. It got better as I got the hang of it though. Should work fine for others, but I recommend applying more strength to get a clear image on the leather. The arbor press applies the strength I wouldn't get from a rawhide hammer. Hope that helps!

Not deep enough relief.
This stamp doesn’t leave a deep enough stamp to be recognizable even with an arbor press.
