Great conception support supplement but no information where the ingredients sourced from.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidant that your body produces naturally. Your cells use CoQ10 for growth and maintenance. CoQ10 is found in almost every cell in the body, and it is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants fight damaging particles in the body known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. Typically, 90–200 mg of CoQ10 per day are recommended, though some conditions may require higher dosages of 300–600 mg. CoQ10 is a relatively well-tolerated and safe supplement that may benefit a wide variety of people looking for a natural way to boost health.Vitamin D is a group of structurally related, fat-soluble compounds responsible for increasing intestinal absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphate. Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy. A lack of vitamin D can lead to bone deformities such as rickets in children, and bone pain caused by a condition called osteomalacia in adults.Magnesium glycinate is a magnesium supplement for magnesium deficiency (low magnesium) and other potential uses. Magnesium glycinate, also known as magnesium diglycinate or magnesium bisglycinate, is the magnesium salt of glycine. Magnesium L-threonate is often used for its potential brain benefits such as improved short-and long-term memory, normal stimulation of brain cells, as well as formation of new brain cells. Magnesium L-threonate is better for cognitive and brain health, whereas magnesium glycinate is more suitable for muscle relaxation and sleep quality. This Conception and Fertility supplement offers a very rich formula of vitamins and minerals plus CoQ10, but it is $100 for 90 servings. It does state that it is produced at a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility in USA. GPM is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to high quality standards.

High quality but may cause minor fishy burps
High quality vitamins full of great benefits, but you may experience a fishy burp or two. It’s nothing crazy for me and the fishy burp is usually not long after swallowing them. It’s not a big deal to me as the burps don’t last long, aren’t too strong, and it’s not continuous, at least not for me. I like that these are made in the USA and rigorously tested. I’m not looking to conceive any time soon but just take these for my overall health as prenatal vitamins tend to make a good women’s daily multivitamin. I have no issue swallowing these.

Comprehensive Support for Preconception
I picked up Preconception Plus as part of preparing for a healthy pregnancy and I’m impressed by the thorough physician formulated blend. It goes beyond a standard prenatal vitamin by adding nutrients that specifically target fertility and conception support while still covering the basics like folate, iron and other essentials. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach which is a big plus when you’re planning to take them daily for months. I also appreciate that the formula is well balanced and science based rather than overloaded with fillers. It's always hard to measure direct results with supplements like this but I feel confident knowing it's giving extra support during this important time. For anyone trying to conceive and wanting more than a standard prenatal this seems like a solid choice. Yes, it's expensive. However, the well thought out and premium formula is about as good as it can get. You can't put a price on peace of mind.

Good but Pricey
This Preconception Plus supplement seems well-formulated and covers all the essential vitamins and nutrients for women trying to conceive. The capsules are easy to swallow, and it feels like a comprehensive prenatal and fertility support combined. However, the price is on the higher side compared to other prenatal vitamins, which makes it a bit hard to justify for regular use. Additionally, I noticed that the batch I received was manufactured in 03/23 with an expiry of 03/26, meaning it had less than 6 months left, so it felt like older stock. Overall, effective but expensive, and check the expiry before using.
