Thick and really comfortable mat, completely different than the usual crappy thin ones. It seems also that the material insulates a bit too from the floor, avoiding the hated feeling of 'cold back' while doing exercises. I can't say anything about durability as I have just received it today; the first feeling is it is quite sturdy and well made.

I practice ashtanga and Yin Yoga regularly and have been used to using a thinner mat which is probably slightly more sticky than this product, but nowhere near as comfortable.I have slight arthritis in my thumb joints and downward dog can be a little uncomfortable. This extra thick mat is bliss on my hands.Also, the floors in the different halls are quite often cold, as well as hard. Trialling out this new Mat today it felt so much warmer and more comfortable. Be aware however, that there is slightly less stability in balances than a thinner mat. This might affect a beginner yogi?I shall not go back to my old Mat, and I’m about to purchase another mat but 10mlls thickness instead of 15mlls thickness.

Great thickness so ideal for Pilates. Good length, stays put when exercising. Would have given 5 stars if a tad wider, but adequate width for Pilates.

I'm no yoga expert, but I enjoy this mat. It seems to me to be good quality. Comfortable, water resistant, long and thick and easy to roll up and carry around thanks to the shoulder strap. Because of the length and thickness it is a little bulky, but I still enjoy using it very much and think it's a great purchase.

Use for Pilates. Very good thickness to protect back on solid floor. Slightly stretchy when doing yoga poses.

Bin total begeistert. Die Matte ist schön dick aber auch nicht zu weich. Leider ist der Liefertermin nicht eingehalten worden.

La uso para hacer todo tipo de ejercicios en casa: yoga, pilates, full body etc . La esterilla está muy bien , muy cómoda y agradable en el contacto con la piel . Tal vez puede dar un poco de calor en verano pero ya lo veremos .

Muy contenta con la compra, la elegí por el grosor y verdaderamente cumple con mis expectativas.

Es muy cómoda, las medidas coinciden con lo que se indican. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque quedan marcas con muchas más facilidad que otras que tengo.

Tiene mucho grosor que aporta comodidad.
