Pretty good watch really for the money. I bought these for my grade-school sons who absolutely love them. They are just the right size for their wrists and the velcro bands make adjustment very easy. They came with an extra band PLUS an extra battery! The luminous dials are bright and easily readable in the dark. What's impressive too is that, even though its not mentioned in the item description, these watches have ratcheting (unidirectional) bezels for use as timers! This means that the bezel around the watch face can be rotated in one direction to serve as a timer. NICE! I have a lot of dive-style watches and while most have rotating bezels only the best have unidirectional bezels (because they are more expensive to make). This prevents an accidental bump from changing the timer setting. This was rather unexpected and a great perk for a watch at this price! The bezel sticks some at first but a little oil and it turns freely. The boys now know how to use the bezel timer and think the watches are even cooler!

I have small wrists and must buy the children's size of watch to get a strap that will fit. I bought it last year on 10-17. This worked fine--for as long as it worked. It died yesterday, 3-24. So the battery lasted me a bit over 5 months. So this may have sat around unsold for 1 to 2 years, but was only good for 5+ months when it was sold. Not a good deal.Now they say you can replace the battery. But you can't find anyone willing to do it, especially when the velcro strap goes over the battery compartment. So, it goes in the trash and I need to find another one.Definitely not a good deal! Too bad these don't come with a "sell by" date!

I have bought three of these watches in about 4 years. I have an autistic grandson that needs the velcro band.He wore out the velcro, but it took about a year of him nervously opening and closing it all day long. I cut the bad part off and put another piece of velcro on and it lasted another year. He lost the watch and I bought another one. He is still wearing it with no issues with battery, band, bezel, etc. He is 14 now and plays pretty roughly with no issues. This is a great buy for a child of any age.

Perfect for swimming and paddling. Bought it for myself - older woman with very small wrists.Only drawback is the face and dial are harder to read as the hands are the same color as the face of the watch.Takes me a minute to find the hands w/o my reading glasses on.Great for the price, toss it out when the battery quits and replace with a new one.Previous one lasted several years.

I bought 2 of these in different colors. The watch movements are high quality and are excellent at keeping time. The downside is the bezel is difficult to turn by hand on one watch and the other is very loose and turns when you brush it against anything including your sleeve. The paint on the bezel of one watch is starting to peel off too (after 6 months). All in all, the watches are great time keepers and have survived getting dunked in the pool, but the case quality is questionable.

My 8-yr old son loves this watch. It's easy for him to tell time and it looks cool. The velcro strap is comfy and works great.

Wanted to give my son an analog watch for Christmas. This one feels quite sturdy and the band is good for the price, it will be easy enough to replace when that time comes. It was delivered in a light green bracelet box. The battery worked and it made a great gift. Yes, it runs a tad big for my 7 year old, but that's expected and I guess I rather have it a little loose than tight on his wrist. The watch face is a good size for a kid. My son loves the glow in the dark face. The bezel around the watch face is helping him tell time, I only wish it didn't move (because it a b!tch to turn!) I don’t let him wear the watch to school, so perhaps that’s why it’s not falling apart, I mean he’s in 1st grade, I don’t think even an iron-clad watch could stand up to the typical active 1st grader.

I've had two of these watches, the face is great, my son likes the minute numbers around the face. The band, however is of terrible quality. It wears out very quickly, 1 month with this second one we bought. I would not have reordered, but I can't find another one with the same type of face. Get a better quality band already!!
