This mask is probably useless if you are buying it for Covid-19 reasons.
Right, first things first. The valves let out your unfiltered breath. I can see the valves open in a mirror and I could see my sneeze visibly. So if you are wearing this for Covid-19, it's probably useless, unless you are a selfish prick who wants to protect yourself but doesn't care about infecting those around you.If you are wearing this for dust-related work, allergies, etc then this might be a different story, however. The mask is lightweight, and the back-of-the-head straps really do make a difference when wearing it for long periods of time. The ear-loops don't chafe, at least in the warehouse shift I wore it before I noticed the open valves.I did notice that along the bottom of the mask (or more accurately, the filter within the mask) chafed around the chin area, even moreso at the point where the two sides of the filter are attached at a seam. The top edge of the filter is not attached in this way, and seems sufficiently symmetrical that you could simply flip it. In fact, let me try that.Yup, it works fine, I encourage any purchasers to make sure the seam is at the top.As I didn't wear this mask for non-Covid-related reasons, my review will only cover what I noticed, but those who are thinking of using this to prevent the spread from the virus, I think you may have luck elsewhere.

Looks cool & breathes but not for all day work wear
Got this for work to go with a few other cloth masks I swap between during the ApocalypseThe first 2 weeks I really liked it.Looks cool, fairly cheep.Better breathable then paper masks and tight cloths. But after about 3 weeks of wearing it on & off. It started getting really itchy. I drive a desk all day.I’ve washed It and changed the filters and even shaved off my beard. Just overall It irritates my skin long term. I personally find Only loose fitting cloths Work for all day work masksReal shame cause looks cool for short term wears.

As far as I know not N-95 or KN95.
What it really is PM 2.5. The bag it came in on the back has PM 2.5 on it. But it also has a line that says. ( it's also applies to the following occasions ). one of which is Viral influenza. That would be the flu. and the flu is a virus and a PM2.5 mask filter is to porous. On the good side it is very comfortable and fits well with no air leaks around my face. Not a complete waste of money should be good to wear for sanding tables.

Great product (Read this Review only)
This is a must have makes me not use the regular masks unless I don’t have this on me. But most of the time I do. I love the exhalation valves and the filter insert. Very comfortable and allows room away from ur mouth and nose for easy breathing a big +.

Remove the valve
We are supposed to prevent our breath from going out and prevent us from spreading it to others if ever we are infected. Wish I had the one with no outlet valve.

Not great for a small face , petite woman
To large for my face. Gave to a college student and he’s delighted. Just couldn’t get it to fit for me. To petite .

Comfortable and does it's job
I've only had the chance to use this mask for about an hour so far while sanding but it seems to do the trick. It's not too cumbersome to wear while working. Noted the same smell others have but it's not too bad.
