Bought this to pump the clean water in during water changes, and what a unit! It sits about a foot under the tank on the lowest setting, and works great! Fast flow!

It's tiny for what it's supposed to do in an outdoor pond-but it had good reviews. One down point-the filter cover is almost impossible to get off, and as I have had to clean previous pumps fairly often, I'm not pushing it all the way back on. Made in China, of course, which I'm trying unsuccessfully to avoid.

This is a great little pump I just required a pump to pump some water out of the pond before the fish decided to swim on the lawn because of the recent rainfall. This pump did the job fantastically. Because this pump does not to be on a base as it can be used vertically as well as horizontally I was able just put on the hose and plug into an extension lead and lower it in by the hose solved the problem in no time

So, a nice little pump, quiet, a good range of outlets including air stream with appropriate tubing enclosed. The manual is written in insanely small writing, I just made it out using a very powerful magmifying glass. My main issue is that no way on earth is it generating 1500l/hr....I bought it to replace an Eheim that was set to 1500l/hr and it didn't come anywhere near the same performance...obviously the pump outlet is variable...and yes...I do know how to operate water pumps. One day when I have a spare hour I'll check to see exactly what the flow rate is for this pump, I'd say it is well under 1000 and maybe as low as 600....so for that reason alone....it's 2 stars as the performance is poor.

The pump is quiet. But I had to clean it after a week. And that was in clear water. But regarding water lift height I am barely getting 3ft lift. From bottom of rock pool to top of water feature. This won't lift to specified height.

Excellent pump. Compact size but puts out a huge amount of water. I bought it to power a water feature in the garden. I attached a hose and even on the lowest setting it’s a substantial column of water that is produced. Very powerful, definitely recommend it

I have not yet installed this pump yet it seems well made and is good value for the money. I must apologise to this seller as earlier I wrongly wrote that it came with a short length of flex. I was mixed up, It comes with an adequate flex.
