This product is much cheaper to use than fresh celery and the taste is a bit stronger. A heaping spoonful is more than enough in chicken or tuna salad.

When you live alone it can be hard to be frugal with some items. Celery was my main problem. I love celery in tuna/chicken sandwiches. Like it in soups. But, come on, how much celery can the average fellow eat at one time. My problem was when I bought a full head of celery half of it surfaced about three weeks later a yellowing, limp mass.Using this product, I can pull out exactly how much celery I want at one time. Yes, you have to plan in advance as it takes a wee bit to reconstitute the product, but what I lose in time (in planning), I certainly make up for in $$$ savings.Going to be using this product a lot in the future.

I like to have dried ingredients in case fresh items are not as readily available (like during a pandemic) This a quality item to use as a delicious substitute for your favorite recipes that call for celery.

The freshness .Open the container and the smell is "fresh".I use this in soup, gumbo, chicken dressing just about anything that you would put celery in except fresh salad. I forgot to mention cost,if you actually use the dried seasonings you will save a lot ,if you don't use then it is costly.

Shell staple. Never withers, dries out, or ruins in the refrigerator. This celery looks like fresh in a bowl of soup or stew. Especially when the season of staying home more and unable to get to the grocery store

I like to add celery to many dishes but the fresh celery I buy takes up so much space and goes bad before I use it all. Now, with this dry celery, both of those issues are solved and I have a huge amount of high quality dried celery to use instead.

This is just so handy to have in the house. I don't have to compromise on flavor by having this dried version. It also lasts and is perfect for the crazy and uncertain times we live in now
