Having bought this I know that I can used wire brush to clean it knowing that it is just stainless steel and it won't change color. I know that it will serve me as long as my bbq can be used.It is a bit on the heavy side, so it would be extremely useful if supplier offers a pair of removable handles to lift when you need to change the Hight. I would have bought the handles if available.Becarfull when handling it as the end bits are sharp. If you have a angle grinder then run it on the sharp ends to smooth them.

Arrived quite out of flat and very dirty. I was soon covered in grey dust. Had to flatten it out before cutting to size. Otherwise seems decent, will hopefully last a while!

I’m very happy with this item! I bought it to put over an old oil drum shaped bbq that we’ve cut down (lowered) and put up at our allotment. In fact we’ve two side by side and have enjoyed using them on several occasions. Good, weighty item, would buy again.

Bought to replace a cast iron grill plate on a BBQ which had corroded and was always difficult to clean. This stainless steel replacement is good quality, heavy duty and easier to clean.

My husband built me a stone BBQ and it fits perfectly, easy to clean too.

This is perfect fit for my bbq, very strong and sturdy
