StressGrip Large

The StressGrip is helping me solve two problems: Reducing stress AND strengthening my fingers. As a professional musician I have both stress and the need for my hands to be reliable and strong. I want to get some more to keep them in my guitar cases. This StressGrip will be a regular addition to my pockets for my day-to-day routines. Changing the knobs for tension is super easy . I thought it would require some serious twisting but the design makes it easy and convenient for all levels of stress and strength! The top cover comes off if you want to really work each finger independently. A must have for anyone with stress and all musicians!

Very comfortable to grip, and squeeze. I love the adjustable tension choices, I use the most difficult option. You can even remove the finger grip and exercise each finger individually. Easy to carry or fidget with at a desk. If I made one critique it would be to make an even more difficult tension option.

Has a good grip and does help relieve stress, and is making my fore arms bigger haha

I am very pleased. This exercise grip is compact and is designed in a way that makes so much sense, over the traditional hand springs that have been around since before I was a kid. I had a motorcycle accident and I bought this for my left hand. Very pleased.

Need a pretty good strength level to use this device even on the lowest setting. Was anxious to use after carpal tunnel surgery, but will have to do something different until this is manageable. Wish there was more of a difference between the low & high strength level. Doesn't seem to be much range.

Feels great and provides the resistance I need. The soft gel rubber is comfortable. There could be better instructions on adjusting the resistance. I wish there was discernable click or mark when adjusting to determine the resistance level.

I have hand tremors, had them for many years. I got this product to see if it would help and believe it or not; it helps. My fingers feel stronger and slightly less shaky.

This product will defiantly strengthen your hand if that's what you are looking for. Though, I purchased this item for the organization I work for to have cleanable fidget type toy for our clients to use. We are hoping to reduce stress while clients are visiting with their therapist. So far, I love that its cleanable and it has silicone type pieces that are removable for better washing.
