Helped me figure out what’s been going on
I suddenly had GI issues and this helped me to see that I have overgrowth of some bad bacteria! It gives suggestions of what to do with supplements and diet, and I was able to research a health protocol.

Pricy but worth it
I've order and used this product a few times now. I've been able to track my progress at improving my gut biome. I like that the website also keeps a history of your past tests for comparison. I also like the stool catcher which helps with collection of the sample.

Gimmick
Not accurate.....this is not the only test I took. It's pretty strange when you take 2 tests and get 2 different results. Sounds like scam if you ask me.

A great start to healing your gut!
I found out so much about my gut and what foods I should cut back on. I was having so many stomach aches, even on an anti-inflammatory diet. One of my biggest ones was meat. Who knew?! Some of it was pretty vague, like “polysaccharides”. There are a lot of polysaccharides out there! So I wish it could be a little more specific, but I know that’s really hard to do with this kind of test. My stomach is feeling better now that I’m eating a more plant-based diet, and that makes my whole world better!
