Fast, but not easy to add hard disk memory
I use this for general desktop computer daily tasks (Internet browsing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and for enthusiast level digital photography editing. I am very satisfied with its performance so far. I do not use it for gaming nor have I required tech support, so I do not consider that in my rating. I would have given it five stars but for one caveat. My work flow is such that I park my photos during processing on a large additional fast hard drive. I purchased a 2TB 7200 RPM hard drive to add to the system. My past HP computers were easy to upgrade. Pop the case, secure the drive in place, plug in the connectors, and Bob's your uncle it's done. Not with this one. I had to take it to a local computer shop because while the drive bay was accessible and the data connector was easily connected, there was no easily accessible power connector for the drive. It's not a big thing. It took just two days to get the work done for a reasonable price, but it is something that one needs to consider, if you are planning on upgrading your disk storage.

good as could be expected
It has been pretty good over all, nothing outstanding. Faster than my old one so far, My complaints are not with hp, but with windows and microsoft. Microsoft included a horrible photo program that i had a really hard time getting rid of. Also the one drive feature that i did not want to use but difficult to get rid of. I was upset that i could not transfer my old picasa photo program into new pc, but i know that is not the computers fault. Its taken a little bit of getting used to as things aren't arranged as before. The one thing i really hate is the cd /dvd player is vertical instead of horizontal, makes it very awkward to use! I thought about laying pc down, but if i do that the vent is on bottom which would be bad. Think this one through for future designs hp!

Good workhorse for actual work
I do a lot of graphics work using Illustrator and Photoshop, and I have both programs open at the same time. On top of that, I usually have Word, PowerPoint, and at least a few other programs open as well (including that memory guzzling Chrome). Despite all this, I haven't noticed any lags in performance with this computer. It's steady and quick, and I haven't encountered any problems with programs crashing. I don't do any gaming, so I can't speak as to how well it performs there, but this is a solid computer for anyone who just need something for work. I appreciate that it has 4 USB ports on the front panel along with another USB-C port and an SD-card reader slot. The CD disc slot is nicely concealed and is also very much appreciated by this dinosaur who still rips the occasional music album. It has a HDMI port on the back and a standard VGA display port too. There are 4 additional USB ports in the back for peripherals. Plenty of connectivity for most people. I much prefer desktops to laptops, and for all the features this computer has, it's worth the money.

Good value for the money
Good for the price. It is not as fast as I expected. Delivered before the time. Let see what happens. The manual is not for this computer. It is too early to comment. So far it works great. I has cd player and 8 USB outlets. Smart card reader.

Great computer
Fast and easy to setup. I like it because it has a dvd/cd player. Comes in handy with old technology, movies, and especially pictures. I've had this now for four months with no issues.

Send a manual.
I didn't know it came with tech support. Three were no instructions at all. This was an expensive problem.
