Makes my beard and skin soft not itchy anymore, when using beard oils, this balm is very manageable little reside when beard is brushed, great scent not overpowering. Definitely one of the best balms I've used decent price i have subscribed

Product great,Amazon delivery not so great. Been using this product for years and normally buy it from the supermarket on our weekly shop and saw it on Amazon at half price so I bought half a dozen. When it arrived it looked like the aftermath of a Nickelodeon slime show, must have spent the day kicking the package about. Product is great and has a nice smell (subjective). It does soften your beard and help hold the shape when brushing.

This is the first time I tried a bear balm. Had sort of a beard for the first time in my life and heard this would help with it. I can say that I was a bit skeptical, but it did seem to have a positive effect on my beard. I use this after I wash and dry my face, take a fingertip worth of balm and rub it on to make sure it reaches the skin. My beard does feel softer for a few hours after use. Itching is gone and it gives a "fresh" feel to my chin. The smell in nice, smells like a typical shaving foam. However, just after applying it and until it gets absorbed I noticed that there is an odd hint to the smell. Not bad, just a bit off. Upon opening the recipient I thought this was previously used, as there seemed to be a big scoop missing. But then I realised that's just the cream being thrown around and stuck to the cap. This creates a vacuum when first opening it which lifts the cream in places (I think). All in all I'm happy with it and I like it.

Normally I do not keep beard for a long time. This time grew beard little longer. Tried this balm for first time. Well what do I say about it - premium product. It softens the beard well. Nice fragrance. And of course the quality that we expect from Gillette
