I love this company. This is my fourth product from them, and everything they make is absolutely outstanding. From the moment you open the package, the attention to detail and quality of this stethoscope are evident. The unit itself is sturdy, well-crafted, and feels professional. It’s single-tubed (many others are double-tubed) so this may not do as well in a super-busy, loud hospital setting. In a non-noisy environment, the single-tube approach helps cut down on the ambient noise floor, instead letting your ears focus on what they need to...your patient! The chestpiece has a plastic edge instead of a cold metal edge. How many times have we all cringed a little when that cold stethoscope first gets pressed onto our chest or back? That cringe is non-existent here, and there’s nothing but comfort while being examined. In my testing, I had no issues hearing heartbeats, breathing, blood flow, peristalsis, etc. The tips fit well in my ears, and it’s a tight enough fit to allow you to hear what you need to without feeling like your ears are being crushed. Both the tips and chest piece are removable for cleaning or replacement. (Pro tip: 70% isopropyl alcohol does the trick...) Two super cool things: 1) You buy this thing and you’re automatically a part of the Greater Goods “free parts for life” program. They’ll send you additional ear tips or chestpiece replacements for the life of your product. 2) With every purchase you make with Greater Goods, they donate money toward ending child sex trafficking, which is *awesome*. I may sound like a company plant writing this review, but I’m honestly not. I’m just a very impressed customer who is thrilled at the quality of the products these guys churn out time and time again. Their customer service is spot on, and their products are rock solid. Buy this stethoscope.

I've been using the stethoscope for a while now and it's overall a solid option especially for students. There is one notable drawback the right earpiece doesn't always want to stay in your ear securely. I found myself occasionally readjusting it med assessment which can be frustrating when you're trying to focus. The left side seems to stay in place fine but the right side can feel loose or slip out more easily than expected. This is a good value stethoscope that does deliver clear acoustics even with the minor annoyance of the earpiece.

After reading all the great reviews I was excited to buy this stethoscope at such a great price point compared to littman. After testing out and comparing a littman and this brand this is my honest review Pros: (this brand) Lighter weight than littman Personally thought it looked nicer Free parts program Very attractive price point Cons: Couldn’t hear as well/clearly with it. Littman sound is much clearer. Ultimately the one con outweighed all the pros. I was disappointed to return as I really wanted to keep it. Ultimately decided no point in keeping something I can’t do my job well either however. Disclaimer: I am a nursing STUDENT. If u are a more experienced nurse or perhaps have better hearing than I do, this might be a great fit for u!

It lost it's pristine white color in 3 months...while it was sitting in the bag. Haven't even used it. I tried to claim warranty but the company says we don't replace items bought on amazon.
