If you have not been to Seattle, if you have not been to the Theo Chocolate Shoppe, then you have missed one of the most wonderful chocolate experiences. Theo has been in business since 2006, and uses the best cocoa for their chocolates. When you Ho to their shoppe, it is very difficult to decide what to purchase, what to taste test, and how to leave before you purchase all the chocolate.For Mother's Day, my daughter and grandson sent me Theo's coffee caramel milk chocolates. This gift has raised them to the top of the favorite child list. Now, this is the kind of chocolate to take seriously. Theo's is organic and Fair Trade, Non GMO corn syrup, and everything else is organic. This milk chocolate is absolutely delicious! I mean, really, really good. But I can get this for less than $4 at my local grocery store.
