Not working at all.. sending back and how to return the item

If there was a way to do it I would give this product no stars whatsoever. I am British and enjoy my hot tea. I bought this thinking I could enjoy it on long car trips without having to stop to buy tea during this pandemic. The water barely heated over a long period of time. I was unable to make my cup of tea. I cannot possibly recommend this product to anyone

I heats up fast then you unplug it and it will stay warm for a bit

it does work however, if you are keeping hot coffee, it will keep it hot . If you want to heat completely cold coffee, then it is slow and will need some time. but over all i like it.

Thought it would heat faster

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for a friend. I'll be returning the gift. I was "ok" with it taking an hour to heat up, but the outside of the cup gets extremely hot long before the water heats up. It actually made my cup holder smell like it was melting. I'm not happy with this product.

I really liked this cup. It had a powerful heater. Could reheat cooled coffee. Fit well into auto cup holder with low enough center of gravity to not tip over. And then, it failed. The heater simply stopped working in less than 3 months of use but beyond Amazon's return window.I tried messaging the company in two different ways provided by Amazon to request a replacement. One message said they would take care of me. But on all other follow up messages, it was evident the company reps had a poor command of the English language, didn't understand what I wrote, and never satisfactorily replied to my request.

Plug would not fit into hole on cup. Had to force it and then cup did not heat.
