Had issue with crack | solved by customer care
Ro is fine . Water quality is good. 350ppm after filter 40 ppm. But I have issue with build quality. During installation we dont notice any leakage . After few months we discover a crack on water tank at a joint and leakages from there. Intially the crack was ignorable but it is increasing day by day . I need to fix that by faviquick or something.Konvio people should change the build design. There should not be any joint at storage tank.Update 1: Had prompt customer care. They took care of the complaint.Update 2 : After 6 months of use I can say this is best economical RO in the market with compromising quality of water. Low maintenance, easily available parts from Konvio. Not like Kent or Aquaguard. I highly recommend this RO who knows basic servicing of RO.

its a manufacturing problem in product, please change my product
I purchased by seeing 5star, rating on Amazon, but how can they get 5 star, i purchased the product on 21sep, it's fixed on 25th September, and same day it's drain pipe is leaking, i complained them on what's up 20 time's, their service provider came for 5 times, but problem still the same, and now they even not responding, how it will be repaired, i am requesting to Amazon to please look into this matter, because I purchased from Amazon portal by seeing 5 stars, please help me, it's my hardened money, please refund my money back or solve my complaint
