They were truly easy to put together once I got to about the second or third one I was an expert! I put together 12 of them. The instructions are not good in my opinion. I found a much easier way to put them together (which was to attach the legs to the seat first, just hand tight then attach the metal piece(just hand tight) until you get to the very last screw then go back and tighten all of them). I design and build my own furniture (ie. the table in the pictures) I think these chairs were a great value (couldn’t find this type of chair cheaper anywhere else, even used).

The cheapest in the market!! Not hard to build just time consuming. Pay attention to the direction of the black plaques and you should be fine. You get the hang of it and it gets easier to build. Very sturdy, look great.

Ugh, It took so long to assemble and I needed my roommates help to figure out the instructions AND place the pieces together. Its so so so badly made that you have to be very creative and put a lot of strength/weight on attaching the brackets to the chair part that at I assumed it was impossible to make. I wish I had filmed how difficult it was to assemble this. Yes the instructions are poorly made but that wasn't the main issue. The issue were the brackets and how bent they were. And because they are made of a strong material (rightly so) it made it so so hard to readjust its shape to actually fit the chairs. After almost 5 hours!!!! we finished the chairs and they have been working so far. BUT AGAIN we had to put our whole bodies on top of the brackets to attach them to the chair piece. I do ----not----recommend this product. Please save yourself so much stress, listen to all the other reviews and do not buy!

Assembly isn’t too difficult. I had similar chairs (bought for $250) with a different, all metal bottom that I loved. The top of one broke, the screw holes were stripped, and they were soon stuck in the backyard until I decided it was time to replace them. I saw these (cheap, looked almost identical besides the wooden legs) and I ordered them. Came within 2 days and I assembled one chair bottom. I went to attach the top and realized one of the L brackets were severely bent and couldn’t attach to a chair. Before sending in a report to get a new L bracket sent to me, I decided to try the old bottoms on these new chair tops. Well, they matched up to the screw holes and I couldn’t be happier. I disassembled the one bottom I took time to put together, stuck the rest of the hardware and legs in my garage, and called it a day. So, this review is purely for the one bent L bracket and the white chair tops. Love the chair tops. Can’t use the bent L bracket. I saw a few other washers broken in the hardware bags. One win? All the hardware was individually bagged and separated. I really appreciate that. Did I just spend $70 on the tops of the chair while the chair legs I won’t use unless my metal ones break? Yep.

I bought these Chars to replace my dining table chairs and I am happy about my purchase. I rate it 5 out of 5 except forsturdiness, only because after all this time of using them day in and out, i feel like i might need to re-tighten the bolts underneath. I can definately feel them coming loose. Either way, very good and affordable product.

I like the look of them, they will serve their purpose for my temporary home. The assembly directions suck, there is no explanation, just hard to understand pictures, no specific instructions. I searched the internet for instructions and found a posting from a previous customer. They look ok, they are sturdy and comfortable for me, I’m small about 118lbs, my husband is bigger, taller and about 200lbs not so comfortable for him. Time will tell how long they will last.When I first got the package, the screws to connect the legs to the bottom of the chairs were missing, the chairs were dirty, dusty and some were scratched, the screws holding the legs together are all rusted. I reached out to the company, they were apologetic and understanding, they agreed to send out a new set, they were great about it, just very inconvenient for the consumer as I had to wait an additional week to get the new complete set and I had nothing to sit on for a week. I would give 0 star for assembly if available, sturdiness a 3 because of my husband, he is 6-4, 200 lbs. Value for money, time will tell how long they will last, I think they are better suited for smaller people and children.Service from the company once they were aware of the problems, I give them 5 stars as they acted fast (from China) and corrected the issues by replacing the chairs with all of the parts the second time around. I do have to say the second set of screws were also rusted, the metal pieces were very rusted, the chairs were dirty and dusty. I’m done fighting so I just cleaned them, picked the less rusted screws and pieces to assemble.I would not buy again just because of the experience, I do think the chairs are great for a family with young kids.

I’ve never broken a chair in my life. I’m 34 years old. Now, two of these broke in about two months.My stepdad put them together while I was at work after they first arrived, so I’m only TOLD that the assembly proved to be mildly tedious. They look great. They are very comfortable to use. Just set a timer once you sit down for the first time.I literally dropped out of frame on a video call with my supervisor one day because the (second) chair snapped in two places.I initiated a replacement. The seller said yes. They asked for photos. I sent them. Then radio silence. I contacted the seller a second time. They said yes again and asked for more photos. I’m tired of the runaround. I stopped trying.I suppose sometimes you get what you pay for.

I LOVE these chairs!! Seriously cute and so comfortable! I think they're pretty easy to assemble but read the instructions! Perfect if you're looking for light weight simple seating! Highly recommend.
