Inner Peace

Ok, I admit it, I lead a stressful life. My work is intense and I get wound up. In order to turn OFF the brain before sleeping, I almost always play this particular CD. The tracks lead you down a path of increased relaxation to the final track, which is related to the singing bowls of "The Chakhra Suite." This last set of scales in pure tones is absolutely the right thing to end the set, and I find that I am floating gently on a cloud of pleasant thoughts by the end of this album.The "Sleep Soundly" CD is better if you want to drop off to music. I find "Inner Peace" is good for refreshment during the day as well as before bed. Hardly anyone does this kind of relaxation music better than Halpern. Some music is more beautiful, but Halpern knows how to write music that enhances your brain alpha waves.

There is nothing to dislike. I have used this CD for about 6 years to go to sleep at night. I used to try listening to other relaxing type music but I would end up turning them off. This works for me & I use it every night.

I have grown to really like ambient and chillout music. It is relaxing and evocative. Meditative. Steven Halpern is well known in this genre and is one of the top creators of it.

You have to hear it to realize how relaxing and mystical his music is.

Wondefully crafted to enhance deep introspection in true Steven Halpern fashion. I felt myself reminiscing about some deep memories of the things that had transpired which motivated me to examine how they should or should not influence the my present life. Another great album from Steven Halpern!

Amazing peaceful and relaxing music.

This is a very beautiful, relaxing CD. You can feel your body relaxing as you listen. The only disappointment is that I thought it was a remake of the 1994 CD by the same artist and same title and it is not. I didn't pay attention to the tracks or reviews, (a 2009 reviewer warns of this), because it was the same title as the one I had. I have emailed innerpeacemusic.com re the 1994 CD, I have fallen asleep to it for many years. I cannot downgrade this one just because of the title confusion, as it stands on its own as a great CD.

Bei dieser Musik kann man abends wunderbar abschalten vom Alltag oder auch Meditieren oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen.

ちょっと「ディープ・アルファ」と似通った旋律もあるのですが、精神の安定する曲集です。クリスタルボウルの曲の様に好みが真っ二つに分かれる事は無いと思います。私は寝る前に聴いています。徐々にですが、眠気を誘ってくれます。

3の「Angels of Peace」を聴いて、喜太郎さんを思い出しました。同じような平静さがあります。リラクゼーションや瞑想にいい音楽を探していたので、これは良かったです。

スティーブンハルパーンさんのCD3枚持ってます。視聴して他のに比べて、こちらのアルバムが心の傷によく効いています。内容はシンセの音かピアノの音中心です。普通の音楽のような旋律のよく効いた感じの音楽ではありません。ほかの持ってるCDリラクゼーションサイト→リラックスします。ピアノ・チェロ・ハープ・尺八などの演奏。チャクラサイト→　心が整いました。
