Had to buy this because we lost our old remote, worked great as a replacement!

I lost the backing cover for my remote and found this universal remote. It was super quick and easy to set up and found that it worked flawlessly.

It was the exact match that I need for my air conditioning. Easy to synchronize

For being a generic remote it works well. It did not match the original function for function and it is rather awkward to hold onto because of sharp edges. Except for those two flaws would have given 5 stars.

Works great for my portable AC I bought

I bought this in the hopes that it would control a Carrier 40maqb09b-3 mini-split, and it does! The original remote says "TYPE: RG52F3/BGEFU1" on the bottom, in case that helps anyone. I've only ised it once so far so I don't have anything else to say about it.

Insert the battery and play! I have a "Goodman" wall unit and the universal remote works as good as the original one.
