Work well, magnets are just strong enough to hold them in place. Rubber has the right firmness, not too soft.

Good product except magnets not as strong as one would have hoped
The product is good, fits the vice well but relies on the 'strong magnets' to keep them in place. Unfortunately the jaws frequently fall out during use, the magnets aren't as strong as I would have hoped. Vice is a Record No.5.
