Q: Is this built for vertical only or will this work horizontal as well?

left and right. As you walk by or look at it at a different angle (left right not up and down) the picture changes the effect on the picture that I purchased was very good . i would recommend to anyone that likes this type of picture

Q: Can a Drawing be submitted?

Yes drawings and artwork can work for a lenticular flip, however if they are mono-toned drawnings against a white background then you will see some ghosting between frames, depending on size. The larger the flip, the more ghosting you will get between frames. Lenticular flips work best when there is a rich textured background in the images. However in general most images can work

Q: Can I hang it on the wall as is

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can not hang them as they come from us because we do no provide a frame or any hardware for hanging. You would need to purchase a frame (seperately) and then some kind of mount to hang it with. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
