Very good phone I was pleased with it but did say you got iPods with it but there was none in the box so bit disappointing

Good phone, still using almost a year later

I have bought a number of renewed phones from different sellers including various iPhones & one thing I have noticed is its a hit or miss game.The iPhone 11 Pro I got this time was immaculate in appearance, had a fantastic camera & it even had a long lasting battery but it came with an obvious software glitch.It says its not logged into iCloud when it is already logged in or insists that there is no internet connection when the phone is online & because of this, I couldn't access my contacts in iCloud or log out of iCloud because it says I need internet to log out of iCloud when I'm already online.Anyway, I sent it back yesterday but I'm ordering another one as soon as I receive my refund.I'm just hoping the next one will have no flaw at all or at least just one minor one.

Not happy with the phone function very slow and consume battery quickly so decided to return the item I had to pay return charges which were a little high for me I paid 10 pounds 28 pence to return the phone I have not received my refund yet so I would say not over all happy this time

This phone is just like new, works excellent and I’m super pleased with it.

A little dubious with buying a reconditioned phone from Amazon but was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality.The phone looked almost new the battery came with 85% health which is not great but it did state that the health wouldn’t be less than this so I can’t complain.Apple can’t replace the battery for £60 when the time arrives but the charge is lasting for over a day still with moderate usage.

poor battery health 77% , advertised as +80% , if i hadn't spent hours transferring everything and purchased case and car charger would have sent back , poor quality for top price .

Très bien. Contente d’avoir retrouvé un modèle un peu plus ancien mais qui reste un iPhone et à un prix plus abordable. Seul bémol: il ne se recharge jamais à 100% (le chargement s’arrête à 94-96%).

Ich bin sehr begeistert von dem generalüberholten iPhone 11 pro! Es ist eigentlich wie neu. Keine Kratzer, keine anderen Spuren, einen 100% Batteriestand (also offensichtlich vorher kaum/ nie gebraucht) und sogar eine Panzerschutzfolie schon vorne drauf.Wie zuvor von anderen Kunden beschrieben kommt das iPhone nicht in der Originalverpackung und auch nicht mit einem Originalladekabel und ohne Kopfhörer, aber da ich das schon vorher wusste war das überhaupt kein Problem. Das mitgelieferte Ladekabel funktioniert gut und die Nadel für das SIM-Karten-Fach war auch dabei.Das Handy ist wie gesagt einwandfrei und funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Für den Preis wirklich ganz ganz toll! Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen und habe nichts negatives zu berichten :)

My phone arrived with faulty battery. It failed to charge properly on first day, but then was okay on the second day. It worked fine for about 9-10 weeks but now refuses to charge completely. Battery is 'unknown.' Company ('Phone-Buddy') insists on the phone being returned by post - in same condition it was delivered in - for change of battery. Obviously, there is more wear and tear on it now, and I would be without the phone for too long. I offered to pay for proper battery swap myself at local Apple-authorised story, with a small refund from them as contribution to cost, but they plain refused this. Cannot recommend buying from this (or possibly any Amazon) refurbished online store as they dispatch faulty phones and use the inconvenience to buyer of shopping online (returning goods etc) to dissuade complaints.

Almost new. I’m satisfied

I’ve been using it for two or maybe even three years now. Only towards the end of this year did I have to replace the battery, as it had dropped to around 70%, which meant the phone couldn’t last long on a charge anymore. But for the first two years, even the battery held up really well. I’m actually writing this review from this phone right now :)
