Sweet decoration
Adorable. They worked perfect for decorating for our sweet boy’s bday. It comes in two strips with a white string connecting the dots. The blue color is a true baby blue and the paper is matte. The quality is great. Keeping them on hand for when I have another party to decorate for.

Just what we were looking for!
We were looking for something that would complete our island decoration. I think it would have been better if I put more on the ceiling, but we didn't have the time. Maybe next time. Here, I used 4 packs (2 dark blue and 2 light blue). I love the effect the circle garland made!
