I've never written a review before but definitely had to about this phone. I have the worst luck with phones. My last one I had for less than a week before it broke but Amazon was great and refunded me and I used the credit I got towards this phone, after soon much research because I wanted a phone that had everything I needed and after a lot of searching just before I was about to settle for a phone I wasn't crazy about but figured it would get the job done, this phone came up on the main screen when I logged onto my Amazon account under other phones to look at. I clicked on the phone right away and it was literally everything I needed in a phone and soon much more! I've had it for a few weeks now and no problems at all it's amazing. It charges so quickly and the charge lasts for days I have never had a phone I've loved this much ❤️ and no problems. It comes with a clear case so you can see the beautiful ombre colors on the back, the case is flexible, is awesome because I have a major problem with accidently dropping my phones and if I don't my 5 y/o son does and they shatter or scratch etc. But this case makes it so the phone isn't slipping right out of your hands I can hold it with one hand and it gives a good trip on the phone. It also comes with a screen cover already on the phone which is a big plus as well and the screen is nice and big has a beautiful picture, it's like upgrading to HD. The internet is super fast and takes amazingly clear beautiful pics and videos. I can't say enough amazing things about this phone other than buy it! It's everything and more! And the fact that I haven't stopped it, broken it, chipped or scratched it, or shattered the screen is an absolute miracle and says a lot about how well made the case and screen protector that's included is. This phone is totally worth every penny and I'm honestly surprised it wasn't more esp after seeing and using I!

It's a phone and work excellent, but it does not come with ear piece

My cellphone carrier is trying to work with me on this and get it to work but so far it's a dud ... no bars, no cellphone service, slow to non existent texting, an ok camera but nothing special ... for the life of me I do not understand all the rave reviews this phone has ... oh and don't get me started on the constant ads and stuff that pop up all the time!
