It's a big elastic band, what's more to say?

I ended up getting two bands for different resistances. They are thick, tough and durable so i wasn't afraid to put my weight on them when training. The Blue one allows me to perform pull ups but i find it hard to get my foot into it which did result in me getting vag slapped and stuck (it slipped from my heel so i ended up straddling it with the end still attached to the pull up bar). After my Bf stopped laughing he helped me out so i am a little more careful now xD I recommend them though, just be careful ;-p

One star due to the poor quality of the advertisement it is not made clear that you only get one item. There is no were to select which one, £23 for one rubber band is a rip off

I bought the purple one. I was going to use it as accomidation resistance with a bench press. However I could not even lift the bar for one rep with no weight hahahah. My max bench is 100kg, and I could not move the bar an inch. So if you are going to use a band for accommodative resistance, use a band less than the purple one.Overall the band is good quality

I now have 3 of these (purple, black and red). I wasn't expecting much - I've had 'bands' before that were very thin, and whilst good for ITB and light work, I never expected the kind of workout and new muscle growth that I could get from thicker and shorter bands.Now every work-out includes these, either as a stretch aide or as a direct part of the workout programme.They work well, I don't worry about them snapping and the they're easy to use. I've also got the traditional pack of bands from the same brand, which come with straps that can also be used with these bands (makes it easier to grip and twist).** Pros **- Robust bands- Improve your workouts- Reliable brand (have other products from them)** Cons **- Each band (for me) is specific to an exercise, so has meant I've had to buy more** Overall **Really impressed. Would recommend getting the set (cheaper) because you'll find one band isn't enough for a complete body work-out across the week.

Bit of a novice to this type of excerise, in hindsight I should have done a bit more research , so although this seems to be a really good band and the colour is great I haven't been able to get the most out of it yet. This in part due to it being too resistant for my ability and partly because I don't know how to best use it. First impressions are positive however so for those people out there that are more fit or just have stronger muscles than me then this level of band will be a really good purchase for you.
