I will be up front that i did not ever myself purchase this product from amazon but my mother in-law bought them for me direct from NaturPlus on ebay it is the same stuff bagged up with the same NaturPlus info on the label and the returns address is the same as these guys as is on the product label so i am sure its the exact same stuff but its just a change of seller names only but ultimately the same product exactly,however because its the same stuff my views are still valid here as a product review, after using this stuff for 2 solid weeks i am seeing no benefit, i tested my ketones with a ketone breath meter and urine test strips and i am still not in ketosis so i have no idea what these ketones are supposed to be actually doing, they certainly have not put me into ketosis or raised my ketone levels in my breath or my urine test samples what so ever, the ketone readings are identical to before i started taking these ketone supplements,i thought these were designed to assist on the keto diet , help raise ketone levels to alter the bodies metabolism to start burning fat for energy over glucose found in carbs and sugars.well i am on a very low carb diet and still struggling with getting in ketosis and i thought these might help but they have changed nothing.i must have misunderstood what this product is used for other than the pleasant smell.i know 2 weeks is still early days but i expected to see some metabolic change even minor changes in the test meter readings.or at least delectably slipped me into ketosis. NOPE NOTHING!i feel i have completely miss- understood what this supplement is for, i assumed weight loss and the keto dietI now think it could be for simple liver health any nothing more now i have done further investigations from googling do raspberry ketones workmore testing is needed on my part, 1 extra star for liver health only and that is not conclusive
