I do not need a snippy comment from Buffy.** A: I was trying to look to see where they were made...but could not find an answer for you. I got these for my Italian Made Glass Gallon jars...so I am hoping they are also made in Italy. They do fit my jars perfectly, as the originals had dried and cracked after 10 years of service. These are good gasket replacements and I would purchase again. They all came with rubber gaskets. Now, ten years later, the glass jars are still perfect but all of the rubber gaskets are hard and brittle and don't seal well. These gaskets fit those jars. They're slightly thicker than the original gaskets, but not thick enough to be a problem. They're softer, so they give a better seal than the original gaskets. Since silicone rubber lasts so much longer than regular rubber they should last a long time.
